A director of the DataPortability Project, Phil is helping define portability policy standards for online services. Phil is an alumnus of the US Navy Supply Systems Command, Compaq Computer, Wang Labs, Bechtel National, LSI Logic, and Adecco SA. Phil spoke at the first Emerging Communications Conference in 2008.
