Hacking the "Big Five"

The Big Five personality traits constitute the main leading factors describing human personality. We are constantly displaying these traits to attract mates. friends, partnerships and status.
In this talk, I will discuss the research and discoveries we've made with NFC and Bump enabled mobile devices, in order to more effectively display the "big five" personality traits so that making more valuable connections with the people around us happens more serendipitously.
Furthermore I will argue how disruptive mobile applications and designs that push for more agreeableness and extraversion towards strangers compared with invite-only, accept/ignore applications lead to a more creative, productive and agreeable society.
