Roll your own Voice Apps - a view from the trenches

Sean O Sullivan, CTO, mySay and Dial2Do

Date: Wednesday, March 12

Time: 12:15 - 12:30 PM

Location: Grand Hall

The session will offer some shortcuts for building your very own voice service, based on the Rococo team's experience building mySay and Dial2Do.
This session is from Rococo, one of a group of startups building next-generation voice services. Working with Asterisk, Ruby On Rails, and assorted widgety-goodness, the mySay and Dial2Do services combine voice and the web in different ways to surprise and delight users. The session content will be constantly changing right up to the time of presentation (!), but will propose some shortcuts for building your very own voice service, based on the Rococo team's experience creating mySay and Dial2Do.
