RJ Auburn, CTO, Voxeo

Date: Wednesday, March 12

Time: 11:45 - 12:00 PM

Location: Grand Hall

There are numerous technologies being used to create the next generation communication applications. Between the multiple user interfaces that include both the phone and web to the countless standards such as SIP, HTML, VoiceXML, CCXML, REST and SOAP the question becomes, how do you bind these different components
together into a cohesive solution?

This tutorial session will cover the technologies used to create some of the newest communication applications. Everyone from fortune 50 companies to new startups are using these technologies to create things such as personal
communication assistants, multi-medial call centers and next generation social networking applications.

By using the existing standards and platforms currently deployed in the market developers can quickly create and deploy innovative applications without to have the burden of having to build the entire solution from scratch.
