Operator-Friendly VoIP: No Longer an Oxymoron

The presentation will cover the historic technology challenges of operator-friendly VoIP, looking at issues such as limited data bandwidth as well as the cannibalization of minutes.  Mark Jacobstein will highlight how iSkoot's technology has ushered in a new era of mobile VoIP, restoring and increasing minutes of use and bringing the benefits of IP telephony to the mobile arena. Jacobstein will also present a short case study around the success of the iSkoot-powered Skypephone, which recently won a "Highly Commended" 2nd place in the best mobile/handset category at the 2008 GSMA Mobile World Congress.
