From the most mundane objects of our daily lives to complex structures, there is information everything--information beyond what the unaided eye can comprehend. As humans, we continuously seek new ways to uncover the information in everything; seeking the most effective ways to derive meaning and tell stories about the world around us.
Today, complex digital technologies are fueling the way in which we communicate and do business, surfacing the information we need to thrive at the breakneck speed of the modern world. The web and mobile technologies are shaping the way we understand the world today, but there is another trend in technology that will help shape the way we live tomorrow; augmented reality. AR (augmented reality) is slowly helping us uncover the information in everything, at a rate never before possible; allowing us to make strategic decisions about anything, on the fly.
Leveraging real world examples, this talk will explore the various ways that AR is shaping our world; from business to social--causing a fundamental shift in all our communications.
