He has worked on superconducting digital logic, alternative launch systems, data converters, video displays, and testability. Moray Rumney joined Hewlett-Packard/Agilent Technologies in 1984 after receiving a BSc in Electronics from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. Moray’s main focus has been the development and system design of base station emulators used in the development and testing of cellular phones. Moray joined ETSI in 1991 and 3GPP in 1999 where he was a significant contributor to the development of type approval tests for GSM and UMTS. He currently represents Agilent at 3GPP RAN WG4, developing the air interface for HSPA+ and LTE. He was a contributor and technical editor of Agilent’s new book on LTE design and measurements.

Richard Bennett is a policy analyst, network architect, and inventor of Internet-oriented local area network protocols. As vice-chair the IEEE 802.31BASE5 task group, he devised the first Ethernet hub standard. He's contributed to the Wi-Fi standard from the early 90s to the present, and designed the Distributed Reservation Protocol for WiMedia's Ultra-Wideband system. Steven Feiner is Professor of Computer Science at Columbia University, where he directs the Computer Graphics and User Interfaces Lab, and co-directs the Columbia Vision and Graphics Center. Prof. Feiner’s lab created the first mobile augmented reality system using a see-through display in 1996, and pioneered applications of augmented reality to fields such as tourism, journalism, maintenance, and construction.
