Yeah I'm Stuck Too (Replacement)

Last time (some people) wanted the practical application Of cebp walk through so we might think of taking some time to walk through a base line appointment example, then spin it along to another two exaples (late plans/ rebooking cycle) how would cebp handle this? Let's Show how it could be handled next week.  

And then the most unusual example we have (entertain the audience). 

After amsterdam we started working with a global telco in Europe around making range of "non obvious" processes. We're taking millions of direct mail shots, letters etc out of the loop.  

Now if all these interacts were bases on zero cost minutes how do providers charge? What is value?

- Move the metric

- Combining co-ordination of people, places, & things

- Business intelligence on data from all the above

Actual paradigm shift going on here:

- from paying for accces to paying for outcomes

- from service delivery to collaboration and networks of capability (akin to hagel's pull networks)

- changes the resource base of companies ( over resourcing, In house)
